Chase the Ace!

Doors open at 6 pm. Bar, finger food, and entertainment will be available. Tickets are $5 and will go on sale from 730-9. Draw is at 9:15

The winner has 15 minutes to declare that he or she has won and must be in attendance to claim the prize.

RULES –

1. An initial pot is funded by the Complex and NLFC

2. Ticket sales are opened for a finite window directly preceding the draw

3. Once sales are closed, a winner is pulled and that winner receives 20% of the funds raised on SALES alone (not the pot).

4. 30% of ticket sales go to increase the pot for next week’s draw; while 50% of ticket sales go directly to the charity (Complex and NLFC)

4. The draw winner has the chance to pull the ace from a deck of cards and, if successful, wins the pot (including the 30% of ticket sales from that night that was going into the following week’s pot).

5. If the ace is not picked by the ticket winner and a different card is picked, they cut the deck, their card is removed and destroyed, and the deck is kept secure until next week (week after week it gets smaller and thus the chances to pick the ace are greater)

Tickets are sold for cash only; but the winner of the ace may receive an electronic transfer or check for safety
